I am passionate about empowering others to pursue their dreams in a tolerant and supportive coaching space. I’m guided by Samantha Power’s belief that “People who care, act, and refuse to give up may not change THE world, but they can change many individual worlds.”
Yoga has been a core part of my life since 2017, shaping my holistic approach to well-being. My coaching blends strategy, yoga philosophy, and breathwork to help clients ground, connect with their intuition, and unlock their inner leader. I also integrate health and cycle awareness, guiding individuals to tap into their natural rhythms for empowerment.
Originally from Portugal, I have over 8 years of experience in strategy and business development, working with C-suite leaders in the aerospace and climate sectors. My work focuses on driving impact at the intersection of investment, sustainability, and low-carbon development. A nature and animal lover, I'm fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English and I’ve had the privilege to travel to more than 70 countries around the world, which helps me connect with different cultures. I've lived in the UK, France, the Netherlands, and the USA.
