Me Romica, I have done bachelor's in science and master's in chemistry. I have experience teaching maths, science, and English in 3 institutes and I was also giving home tuitions to students. While pursuing my master's in chemistry, I was teaching maths to MSc students of the first year.

"I view my teaching style as a combination of a facilitator and a demonstrator, using an 'I do, we do, you do' framework to guide students from initial instruction to independent practice. I believe in creating an inclusive, interactive classroom where concepts are reinforced with strong visual aids, real-world examples, and continuous checks for understanding. Because every student learns differently, I regularly review formative data to adapt my pacing and differentiate instruction, ensuring that both struggling learners and advanced students are properly supported. Ultimately, my goal is to build strong relationships with my students so they feel safe to ask questions, take academic risks, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
