Acerca de Carling
Originally from Canada, I’ve been living in Spain for the past 3 years. My yoga journey spans over a decade. Yoga taught me how to stop fighting myself and appreciate all that my body and mind are capable of. Like yoga, this is an ongoing practice, but I would love to share my passion for yoga with you, helping you to find peace in your body and mind, on your mat and off. I’m also a certified Reiki practitioner with a love for helping others.

Our Hatha classes will explore breath, movement and mindfulness. We will start the class with pranayama (breathing techniques), along with gentle movement to warm up the body. We will then explore more yoga postures and finish with a relaxing savasana and meditation. Come join me for an hour of movement, breathing and self-love.
